The A★Star configurator is available directly on the website. In just a few simple steps, you can design your watch:

The case: Silver, PVD Black, Rose Gold, Yellow Gold, or two-tone versions. Each finish radically changes the character of the watch.
The strap: Jubilee, Oyster, leather, or rubber — available in several colors depending on the type you choose.
The dial: Pure, Arabic, or Modern — always featuring the sparkling star dial, but with different markers and typography.
The hands: Lightning, Starburst, Star, Arrow, or Moon — each brings a distinct personality.

A visual preview updates in real time with each choice, so you can see exactly what your watch will look like before confirming.

A configured watch is assembled specifically for you after your order is confirmed. Please allow 15 to 35 business days depending on the complexity. It is then shipped with tracking directly to your home.

What does the warranty cover, and how long does it last?

Each A*Star watch comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. It covers all manufacturing defects — movement, case, dial, and internal components. If a problem is found within this period, we will repair or replace the watch, free of charge to the customer. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abnormal use or accidental impact.

Can I return my watch if I don't like it?

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. If for any reason the watch is not right for you — size, appearance, feel — you can return it to us in its original condition and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked and no justification required, (for the collector's model). We believe that a watch should choose you as much as you choose it.

Are A*Star watches waterproof?

Our watches are certified 5 ATM, which corresponds to water resistance equivalent to 50 meters of static pressure. In daily use, this means they are perfectly resistant to splashes, rain, and hand washing. However, they are not designed for swimming, diving, or any prolonged immersion. To maintain water resistance over time, we recommend having the seals checked every 2 years by a professional.

What movement powers A★Star watches?

Automatic movements only — no quartz, no batteries. Every A★Star is equipped with a Seiko Instruments NH35: automatic winding on the wrist, 41-hour power reserve. Each movement is tested on a timegrapher before shipping — see how each watch is tested.

How do I adjust the strap to my wrist?

Good news — you don't need to go to a watchmaker. Each A*Star watch comes with the necessary tools for adjusting the strap, whether it's a steel or rubber strap. The process is simple and accessible to everyone, without any particular technical skills. An adjustment guide is included in the packaging to help you step by step. In just a few minutes, your watch is perfectly adjusted to your wrist, at home, with no additional costs.
